This is a nice app but there are some little bugs: • When I use the media control (double home tap), the record is stopped and movie is broken. • When I call somebody with bluetooth, it exit the app, but when i reopen while calling the record is break.

3 STARS UPDATE: After numerous re-installs, app runs. However, turning off the microphone in settings does not work. Microphone continues to record regardless of the setting selected. No response to any SUPPORT REQUESTS. ============================ 1 STAR I paid $5.00 for the Professional Version. Once upgraded to the Professional Version, the app ceased to work. It crashes and closes immediately upon starting on two iPhones: iPhone 6 with iOS 10.0.1 iPhone 4 with iOS 7.1.2 Both iPhones are supposed to run the app. Neither does at this point.
If you are looking for a black box recorder for your vehicle, this is the app to get. I have tried many others and I can honestly say Power Record takes the best video, uses the least resources, and is the most stable. The others are buggy and take awful video. Its a shame I had to purchase others just to find they do not work as advertised. There is one other app I found that performs as well if not better with slightly different features, but it is geared for track racing. Power Recorder also costs less than the other. Recorded video is split into about 5-7 minute increments and the program holds a total of ten; additional spits can be purchased ten at a time for 99 cents which is still a deal compared to the other apps. Please note I am not affiliated with this company in any way. I was just looking for a black box style dash cam an this one is the one I use.
This is an awesome dash cam program with one major exception: you cant listen to music from your device while using the program. Ideally you could listen to music and use this great program
